The central location proved convenient for accessing various attractions.
My room felt cramped, also it clearly needed updating. The carpet looked old and worn. The small elevator caused considerable inconvenience, especially when I arrived with my luggage.

The staff was so cute and made sure i could always get a taxi when i needed one. my room was beautiful and comfortable. It had so many useful amenities in the bathroom like body lotion and shower gel. the windows had amazing sound proofing. I could sleep with them open!!!
I could hear the music from the neighboring room when they were getting ready at 6 am. The walls must be thin.

The hotel offered luggage storage. This was helpful. the elevator was small. Only two people or one person with large luggage can fit. the receptionists were very helpful. They even provided suggestions.

The location was great, close to many attractions. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room, it was tidy. The coffee machine with capsules was a nice touch, for making espresso.
My room was smaller than expected, a bit inconvenient. The elevator was also quite small. Especially when I arrived with my luggage. The shower screen leaked terribly. The bed was solid as a rock and not very comfortable.

the location was convenient, a short walk from the opera station. i found several restaurants and shops nearby. the room was quiet, and i appreciated the good service.
the shower in the bathtub was awkward. i had to sit to shower with the handheld shower head. there were also strange wooden rails in the bathroom and bedroom that i could hit my head on.
